You know the funny thing about these cards is that they seem to make enthusiasts "have" to do something about tweakin' things out.
One step closer to graphics cards that are only sold with water cooling blocks; now wouldn't that just be a stupid marketting thing to do?
I wouldn't be surprised if one day, people's 4850's fans stopped workin' right, or they got louder and louder because of the calculated maximum effiency versus the rate of failure from all this over adjusting stock cooling fans.

*restart, wait.. pop open the case and throw it into the freezer, quick!
