New virus going around in IMs?

I keep getting IMs from my brother on IM that he claims he is not sending. I click on it and the page never loads.

Did I just get a virus?
 
if you clicked "yes" when it brought up the security certificate and asked if it could install software, you're screwed.
 
yeah, i got hit by one, i declined the request to install stuff on my CPU, he says it wasn't him, he had a phat warning level at that point
