Get the Asus P5B motherboard, it is known to OC well. PSU is good, you might also check Fortron or Enermax. Antec P180 is a good case, as is Lian Li PC7 and Gigabyte Aurora, among some others. DDR2-667 is good enough but you want 800 for heavy OCing.
