2x SATA HDD
PCI memory cards reader
PCI Firewire card
Soundblaster Audigy

Now about memory.Do I have to buy DDR 800 or DDr2 667 is enough??
I'm going to overclock.

Get the Asus P5B motherboard, it is known to OC well. PSU is good, you might also check Fortron or Enermax. Antec P180 is a good case, as is Lian Li PC7 and Gigabyte Aurora, among some others. DDR2-667 is good enough but you want 800 for heavy OCing.
