New video drivers causing problems with Linux.

OKay, I have a GF3 Ti200 and noticed that Nvidia has released some drivers for RH7.3. I think I might have installed this file NVIDIA_GLX-1.0-3123.i386.rpm instead of the correct one NVIDIA_GLX-1.0-3123.i686.rpm. Now when I boot up RH it goes through all the initilization screen and when the windows portion is suppose to start, my monitor goes blank for about 10secs and brings me back to a command prompt where I have to enter my user/pass. It also says that X has been disabled for 5 min. So my question is, how do I go about fixing this? Is there a "Save Mode" where I can go install the correct drivers? Can I just uninstall it? Thanks for listening to all my questions.
