New video card under 300$

I don't know how much better you can get with a 300W PSU.... You should be OK to use most GPUs which require only one 6 pin PCI-e power connector. So, the highest you can go is a Radeon 7850. I'd recommend a 7770 or 7790, both of which are under 100W power consumption.

Which CPU do you have? Is it the AMD Trinity Quad-Core A10-5800K (100W) or AMD Trinity Quad-Core A10-5700 (65W)?

Used gtx 680 2gb under 300$

That's definitely not going to work in his PC :colbert:

Well, it's only a 65W CPU and a 7790 is about 90W or less. Your PSU is 300W, so technically it should be plenty of power. But, I can't give you a definite answer without knowing the actual 12v rail amperage which can be found on the PSU sticker.
