New Video Card Question...

Ok i finally got my new computer and everything (except one thing, see Tech Support Forum) is working fine. I do have 2 questions regarding Far Cry though.

I updated to the latest patch but i dont know if HDR and the SM3 path is running.

Can someone tell me how to figure that out?

Next, can someone tell me what Render Mode is? Do i want Normal, Improved, Cold, or Cartoon. I changed it to Improved because i think that means SM3 is being used.

Now about the PureVideo decoder. I had already bought it awhile back and installed it. When i play an MPEG-2 file the little icon pops up. What do i set in there to make sure it is using the PVP. I enabled VMR9 and the other option is set to "Smart". Is there anything else i need to do?

to get HDR going u need to type "\r_hdrrendering 7" in the console , there is 11 different modes but most ppl like 7 the best.

Oh i thought i only had to do that if i didn't like the default bloom. Ok then, well ill do that thanks.
