New Video Card- PC no longer resumes from S3 Standby

I replaced a GF4ti with a GFX6600 yesterday, and now the PC goes into standby just fine, but when you try to resume from standby, everything reinitializes but the video card. HD fires up, fans come on, everything, but the video card stays off.

Any ideas?

Its a PC. It isn't intended to ever run in standby. Realize this, and move on. For years, I swear this was the #1 question asked on all computer forums. PCs are neither designed nor tested for standby. Video cards tend to be the #1 problem although there could be many other hardware devices which can't wake up from standby.

But I know it's the video card. All I want is for someone to customize a BIOS update for me so my card will reinitialize after coming out of standby. Is that so much to ask?
