Hey guys, My current Gaming computer's graphics card is about ready to blow up, so I have decided to purchase another one (despite the fact I will be building a whole new Rig in Oct). With that being said, I don't want to spend a bundle, but I want something decent..would be nice to get away with spending $100-150. Below is my current H/W, obviously a little outdated but just bare with me until October :).

AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual 3800+
2 GB RAM
Radeon X1900
XP Pro
My PSU is a 500W something
Abit KN8 939 Mobo

I usually run Applications around 1680 x 1050 or a little more.

So any suggestions? If you need anymore information, please ask!

While I'm buying this I might as well buy a couple new fans as well. What fans (80mm and 120mm) do you guys recommend for max cooling?

Sorry for all the self bumps but I had another question in regards to this card.

I read the following con:
Issue with world of warcraft, the whole reason I was building the computer for a family member. It gave a #134 error in WOW (can not load various files). Which in the end turned out that this card over reports memory, the issue is on asus forums there is no fix yet. I put this card in my machine and it gave same errors and when I put my 4850 (different brand) back in now it had the same game errors even after reinstall of game and drivers. Only a reformat, fixed issues. So caution if a WOW fan, wait until fixed.

And I do play WoW and was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or should I really be concerned?

I wouldn't worry about it. It sounds like a uncommon problem and he was able to fix it with a reinstall of Windows.

If you like quiet fans then try the Scythe ones. They are usually very quiet and run well. But obviously they are more expensive than your run of the mill $5 fan.
