New Video Card Dilemma - Gainward GS or VisionTek Gf3 Ti200?

Hrmmm...I was just about to settle on the VisionTek 6564 when I checked the specs on the Gainward/Cardexpert Ti/450. The Gainward is $14 less including shipping, and claims to be built for overclocking (which is the whole point of my getting a Gf3 Ti200 - to OC to Ti500ish). Plus it comes with the TV-out cord. I've heard great things about the Golden Sample, so I'm just looking for some confirmation - should I go with the Gainward GS over the VisionTek? Uses will be heavy gaming, some DVD watching and the occasional highly demanding 3D or 2D digital art. I couldn't tell that either had special features that the other didn't except for Gainward's claim of great overclocking support and VisionTek claims to have some kind of "shadow buffers" which I can't imagine are anything unique to that card. Little help here would be extremely appreciated.

IMHO, you may choose :
1. Gainward/Cardexpet GeForce 3 Ti200 64MB (NVIDIA GeForce3 Ti 200 GPU),
Power Pack Golden Sample, 4ns 64MB DDR. TV-Out. Retail Box
Price : $ 156
2. VGA LEADTEK Geforce3 TI200 64MB TV Retail BoxWinFast GeForce3-Ti (Titanium Chip),
64MB Memory onboard, 4ns, Supports VGA, TV Out only,
With 2 games: Dronez & Gunlok. Retail Box
Price : $ 157
Both of them have good 2D and 3D quality and high overclockability;)

But if you need a Video Card for 2D/3D appliction and programming (i.e 3DS Max 4.0), OpenGL full support, then you may choose a NVidia Quadro2 based card.
At least an ELSA Synergy III, Quadro2 MXR, 32MB SDR, Twin view for $ 310:D
More powerfull cards are "expensive" i.e ELSA Gloria Quadro DCC and ELSA Gloria III Quadro Pro or ATI FireGL3 and ATI FireGL4.:(

Heh well I don't need one of the really expensive professional video cards, digital art is just kind of a hobby of mine...basically right now I just want a card to get my damn system functional...but I don't want to bother having to upgrade like 2 weeks later so I figured I'd just get a good card.

I read a lot of recs for the gainward because of its overclockability.

Mine is running at 230/520 with no enhancements. I'm very happy.
