New Video Camcorder for YouTube

I'm looking for a camera between 500-1000 bucks record video that can either directly streamed to a internet feed, or record in a format that is youtube upload friendly. I'm buying this for my boss, so I don't know too much about digital camcorders nowadays.

Cliffs
-Looking to spend 500-1000$
-Must be able to record in 1080p
-Good build quality
-Good video quality
-Uses SD, or some other flash storage medium
-Zoom 4-8x at least
-Must be youtube/streaming to internet friendly
