I removed my old nvidia tnt2 card, uninstalled the drivers and selected remove device in device manager. Installed ati 9600pro and the drivers for it, now I have some graphic distortions happening like my mouse arrow is surrounded by a square of black lines. I suspect that some remenents of nvidia software is to blame, does anyone know of a removal tool to get rid of any nvidia drivers or registry entries?
 
Tried driver cleaner, dosen't get rid of nv4_disp.dll and nv4_mini.sys, I've tried renaming these files in the dllcache and have removed them from backup and the NTserviceunistall but yet everytime I delete or rename the files they are replaced two seconds later.
