Not something I plan to buy, since I don't have an HTPC, but it's reasonably cheap, hardware assisted HD decode, half height PCIe card. Also 65nm so power consumption should be reasonably low. Unfortunately not passively cooled though.

Supports DX10.1 as well!!! And supposedly faster than HD3450/8400 (not that it matters, it's not really aimed at gaming).
