Hi all,
I recently acquired a GW2k Pentium 133, and I'm thinking of just using the case and throwing in something new. I want to use this computer mostly as a storage server, music server hooked up to a stereo, and possibly some ftp stuff. My question is this- if I wanted to throw on Win2k, what's the least I could get away with for something like this?
I'll spend $150 if it means this is something I can use, but I don't want to throw in too much money, or I might as well just forget about it.

Any ideas?

windows 2k will run fine on around 48 + megs of ram with a pentium 133 (i know this from expirence). you could pick up a 233 for around 30-40 bucks us, but you might have trouble finding ram for a decent price (or finding ram at all). remember, you have to insall them in pairs. you may have issues installing larger than an 8 gig drive tho.
