Instead of post count which in reality is pointless, lets have a new status based off thread views

For instance: I start a thread and it gets 4k views, that goes in the bucket. Every thread view for a thread a create goes in the bucket. Once I get to 1,000,000 or 10,000,000 I get a special title.

Set a big number and if the user hits it, he gets a custom title.

That way its based off quality and not quantity.

Auction off custom titles, high bidder gets the title of his choice for a year. I'd pay five or six bucks for "God Emperor". Or make it really interesting and auction off the right to choose someone else's custom title. I bet that would sell for a hundred bucks. Heck, they could sell high post counts and old join dates so the new guy's would fit in.
There's an entire market here just waiting to be tapped, and some serious profits to be made.
Anand should put me on the payroll.

Great idea but I think the logistics/accounting/people getting banned and losing their $ would probably kill this quickly. Credit card chargebacks, Paypal chargebacks, etc.
