New user cant be created

I have a friend that is trying to join the forums here and everytime she hits the join button, after filling her information, she gets a blank screen.

I tried it and got the same thing. 2 different machines, 2 different parts of the world. Any ideas all? This really sux

Is she using Hotmail, or some other e-mail address from the unaccepted list?

And then, of course, there's the other question - does she have a security program running that might prevent it from going through?

using email address that is valid (ie: not blocked by AT) and I tried it on my machine as well and had the exact same problem.

What about adblockers, virus protectors, and spyware protection? What is running in the background?
