New upgraded card or two cards for dual monitors?

I don't game too much and have been looking into getting an inexpensive dual display-capable card with DVI-I (ATI 9100 or GF4 Ti4200) for my 19" CRT + 19" LCD setup. I currently have a single VGA output GF3 Ti200.

Should I upgrade to one of those cards, or just buy an AIW Radeon for under $50 (Hot Deals Forum) and use that card's DVI-I with my current card at the same time?

Thanks!

EDIT: I just realized that would be two AGP cards...not possible. Soooo, how does this card compare to a GF3 Ti200 in 2D and 3D performance? Thanks!

If it's just a stock Radeon, the gF3 will kill it.

Since you seem to have money to burn, I'd suggest upgrading to a dual-DVI card and just getting an adaptor. If you're really a 2D freak, a Matrox G550/P650 will give you a chubby like no other. They're a little lackluster in the 3D department though. Have a look at the list of Dual DVI cards here. - a good ATI-based solution looks like your meal ticket. Plus, if/when you go dual LCD in the future, you'll be in heaven.

buy this card.

i got one from this vendor and it softmodded and oc'd to 9700 pro speeds.

plus it'll handle 2 monitors.

Thanks guys, but I don't just have the money to burn. I really like the idea of spending only $50 which is why this deal was interesting to me. I'm definitely not spending more than $100, so finding a Ti4200 has been difficult. I was probably going to end up with a 9100 Radeon for under $65...
