Value America has closed its retail operations. Orders which shipped prior
to August 11th will be fulfilled. Orders placed prior to August 11th but
not shipped by the vendors will not be fulfilled.

This e-mail is being sent to you because our records indicate that you had
purchased item(s)from Value America that offered a Value America rebate.

If you have submitted a Value America Rebate but did not receive a refund,
then you are entitled to file a proof of claim in Value America's Chapter 11
proceeding provided that: you have not filed a claim with your credit card
company.

If you wish to file a claim, please fill out the attached form, attach
appropriate documentation and mail to the following address:

hahaha trust me, you won't see a dime if you claim by yourself. It's better if you
do it through your credit card company...you stand a slightly better chance.


The first people that get their money back from bankrupt businesses are
secured creditors (banks and other lending insitutions)

The very last people that get their money are unsecured creditors.
Yes, that means you. And just so you know, bankruptcy liquidations rarely
fully compensate the secured creditors. Thus, the unsecured creditors get
nada!
