New trend with job ads?

I'm looking on monster.com for jobs (yeah monster sucks) and I run across this one company who has several ads. here is one of them:

AAAA Central Pennsylvania thinkbank needs another player on the team. You?re a web ninja. You?re a supergeek. You speak JavaScript, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual Basic Studio, SQL, C++, ASP, PHP and .NET (and you can translate for lesser mortals). You parallel process. You juggle projects. You slice and dice. You?re looking for adventuresome colleagues, big league clients, fame, glory, healthcare, and the occasional free pretzel.

I guess they're some sort of advertising company. All of their ads are like this.
Does it make people think they're a "fun" company or what?

I wonder if it's a soft pretzel, I haven't had one of those in awhile.

can you imagine a company that had a soft pretzel machine next to the coffee maker?
