I've always said, that the execs of the RIAA and other media giants give unresricted access to their computers. I bet everyone of them has something illegal, and most of it would prob be kiddo porn.

The thing that really makes me mad is that you know this exchange has happened at some point in his office:

Congressman: Hey IT boy, I want the newest version of XXX software on my computer.

IT Person: Well Sir, we dont have any licenses for that, but I can order one and when it arrives I will install it for you

Congressman: Fvck that! I saw so and so with it and I want it now! Go get the disk from his person and put in on my computer.


Yeah that's not worse than downloading some music that isnt even in print anymore.



 
So Mr. Hatch, copyright violation is a bigger crime than murder? At least murderers have the luxury of due process, and then an appeal system. Copyright violators - not even, SUSPECTED copyright violators - are immediately convicted and sentenced without due process?

If anything like this EVER happens, there will be constitutional lawsuits with minutes.
