Hi there, just want to say hi, name is Johnathan, new to the forums. Figure i would start off by posting some pics of my small collection...

These pics are about 3-4 months old, I'll try and post updated pics in a few days. I've got in total 19 desktop computers and 1 laptop. I've got over 350 CPU's, lots of ram (edo, SD,RD,DDR,DDR2,DDR3), AGP & PCI-E Video cards, cd/dvd drives, IDE, SCSI, & SATA Hard drives, lots of various size case fans, cables, etc...

All of the computers i have do run with the exception of 2. I had a Seanix box with a socket 423, but the USB ports are not working properly (losing power), so have to get a new board for it and then an Acer which had a Phenom CPU in it, but it had the bug so it is kinda of sitting barebones right now.

The oldest computer I have is a Compaq Presario CDTV 920 with an Intel i486 overdrive @ 100MHz, 24MB ram, 350 & 500MB HDD running windows 98. Most of the system I have run Win XP, but I do have system running 98SE, 2000 Pro, ME, Win 7. Most of the boards on the wall also work except for about 4 (bad caps, won't POST, etc...)

too...many...computers... :awe:

Do you have a basement? If so I'd suggest getting a used server rack on Ebay and slowly filling it up with enterprise-grade gear. That'd be a whole new outlet for your collection and enterprise-grade stuff has far more cool blinkenlights than consumer stuff.

All of the CPU's in box on the wall I got on eBay. Most of my CPU collection I got from eBay. The computers and components I've been collecting for a number of years. A few I got from Kijiji.

The big black one on the bottom is one I picked up when I was in Saskatoon. It is a dual Xeon 2.8GHz socket 604 with 3GB ram, 2x73GB SCSI hot swap drives, DVD Burner and is running Windows XP right now.

Nope, I live in a small 825 SQ FT 2 bed, 2 bath condo by myself. All of my computer stuff and such is in the master bedroom. In there I've also got an NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Sega Genesis, PS2, Atari Flashback 1&2. In the living room I've got a Wii and PS3....

I think it would be cool to get a rack and some enterprise stuff, but I don't know enough about those type of systems.

Welcome, fellow Canuck!
Wow, you are one sick puppy!.... You'll feel right at home here! :p

Good to see there are people with much more computer junk than I can possibly dream of accumulating.

Now repeat after me: "Yeah, I have no life!"
