New to RAM timings

I just purchased some some Corsair 2-2-2-5 DDR400 memory, and I'm not quite sure what 2-2-2-5 means. I know that refers to it's latency, but when I go into my BIOS' memory timings on my Asus A8V Deluxe mobo, there were like 5 or 6 memmory timing settings. I just want to set it manually to be sure that it is running at 2-2-2-5, since it's all set to auto right now (yes, I know Corsair memory has Plug-n-Frag, but I just want to be sure). Any help or explanation would be appreciated. And yes, I dug around on Corsair's site, and I couldn't find the answer. ;-)

Thanks for the link. That's a nifty little program. According to it, though, my memory is running at 2-2.5-2-5, not 2-2-2-5. It appears the RAS to CAS delay is at 2.5, so I went into the BIOS and changed it to 2. Not this it'll make that much difference, but I DID pay for 2-2-2-5 memory.
