Hello, I'm new to this wireless networking stuff. I just bought a D-Link DWL-922 starter kit which includes a DI-524 Wireless G Router and a DWL-G122 Wireless G USB Adapter, but get very low signal. I thought at first maybe because I put my router in my family room and my computer is on a bedroom on a second floor, so I moved my router to a next door bedroom since that's the only place upstairs that has a cable outlet but still I get low signal (sometimes good). My house is small for it not to get a good reception, please recommend me a wireless router & receiver that I can get a strong reception with my router on one bedroom and the computer in another bedroom. Thank you.
 
DI-524 has been reported to be problematic by many people (myself included).
I've had much success w/ DI-624. Try it out.
