New to LinX. Need Help!

I want to stress test my recently built system again with LinX after seeing a lot of comments stating that it is much better than Prime95. However, I have absolutely no idea on what to do. Can anyone help me to configure the LinX? Can I still work on other things during the test?

Thanks in advance!

The only thing you need to do on LinX is set it to use all available memory by clicking the button next to how much memory it is going to use. The more memory the program uses, the hotter your processor will become so you don't want to use a low amount.

While you technically can do other things while this is running, you really don't want to. Things would load and run slowly due to not having any free RAM available and your processor might not reach the maximum temps with another program stealing cycles from LinX. I suggest running LinX overnight or just use another computer while you are running the test.

Yea, when running IBT its tough to move my mouse around.. Fortunately you only need to run like 20 passes to be considered rock solid so it really doesnt take that long
