I have a SBLive External USB device that i use for a soundcard and after leaving my laptop on for a while and coming back to it (typically overnight) ill find that the power has stopped feeding to the devices attached via USB, i use a powered USB hub as well but it does not matter if the devices are attached to the hub or to the computer directly the laptop does not want to continuously provide power to the devices (or so it seems) perhaps its an option in windows to disable the device if not used if its attached to usb to save power? im never running off battery, i always run from the power pack and its plugged into the wall, the soundblaster soundcard itself is powered via usb and does not have an external power pack, but the hub is powered by its own powerpack.. anyone knwo whats going on here?

btw my computer is a custom made cyberpowerpc laptop with 2 gigs of ram and amd 2.3ghz processor...
