New to heatsink installation

Is this a simple procedure, since I've never done anything but remove one (it was a bitch to take the old one off). I am afraid I might screw up or something. I want to replace my V9 with a Vantec Aeroflow

ADDED: I practiced with my old HSF & CPU, and got it properly attached and firmly over the CPU. I kinda feel happy for the accomplishment

if you can get it on putting most of them on is preaty straight forward. It is applying the arctic silver thats annoying.

Only apply AS 3 around the cpu die right?
