UT2003 kills any system on the market, especially on the largest maps with the highest detail levels.

UT2k3 will probably be the most demanding until Doom gets released.

You can check your fps by bringing down the console with the ` key (the one next to your 1 key) and typing STAT FPS

For quake based games you can bring down the console (same manner) and type /cg_drawfps 1

i've been talking to someone and they say that The Army's "The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind" is the most graphically demanding

Morrowind is an RPG and a completely different game than America's Army...

Even still, UT2003 is definitely the most demanding FPS right now.

Ghost Recon with all the details turned up (especially shadows) will also nuke your rig.

ut2k3 is the best engine... really what that means is the its not overly cpu or video bound, and makes a good bench for either cpu (at low res) or video (high res/detail). it certainly can bring any system to its knees.

Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 is pretty demanding.. I agree though, unreal 2003 is probably one of the most demading out right now. Medal of Honor is high up there too

I think you're going to measure system performance in SPF, not FPS with that config. :)

The question was what game is most demanding on the GPU? Comanche 4 depends a lot on CPU performance, not GPU performance. UT2K3 is probably the most demanding.
