new to exchange

ok guys, never played around with exchange until now.
small question theres already a server setup at the company, i need to add a new user to the domain (so he/she can login) in exchange.

i know this is terribly easy for most of you, but im new to this

Open Active Directory Users & Computers, new user, follow the steps, make sure box to create mailbox is checked off. It really doesn't get any easier.

Of course, you'll need to determine the appropriate naming schema, email addresses, group memberships, OU to put the user in, etc. But we can't tell you about any of that since we don't know anything about how your domain is organized.

Make sure the "mailbox" option is checked. If you dont' have that option, try it on the mail server's one (Exchange has a custom snapin, iirc, been about 9 months since I touched our mail servers)
