Took the bike to the shop today to get new tires put on. Ended up pulling a massive nail out of it that I plugged last night and then at the shop they found another two...guess that's what I get commuting to a construction site every day.
Picked up a new pair of Shinko 005 Advance tires for $225 mounted and balanced:

So far so good, probably got 35 out of the first 100mi "break-in" done. Can't wait to hit the twisties and see what they can do.
