I bought a new TI4600 128mb...bla bla blah..well when i get it in my display is really messed up, i do not have it in rihgt now becuase when you use it you cant understand anything, white dots all over the screen and red X's everytwhere..if anyone knows what the problem could be let me know, i am contacting my salesman and trying to refund for a new card.
