Wow, that thing is a beast! I'll bet those heatpipes will bump components on some motherboards, though. Check out the stock fan:

looks a more like a SK-series with heatpipes than SLK, no triangle of copper in the center.

hmm hope it actually works well, most heatpipe 'sinks seem to be all hype and no substance.

so we measured for ourselves, and found that heat sink actually weighs in at a hefty 588g
