New TH7-II Bios fixes the divider problem

Got the new bios today from ABIT, and it fixed the "fixed @ 66" divider problem.

P4 1.7 @ 2.04 and rising

*sigh.... I just wished Abit had done a better job with the KR7A and included OC strips and DLEDs like the TH7II. They did a good job on that board.
