New System won't stop rebooting

Been trying to fix this problem for a day and a half now.

System spontaneously reboots every few minutes when I'm working ... but won't if I let the computer sit idle.
It usually happens when I try to Download something ... click new links ... try to run/install new programs ... etc.

Does anyone have an idea what this problem could be from?
RAM perhaps?

Here's what I'm working with:

Athlon 64 3200+ 939 90nm (Winchester)
Zalman 7000A Al-Cu HS/F
ASUS A8V Deluxe v2.0
2x512 Corsair Value Select DDR400
2 Samsung 160Gb SATA HD

MoBo Bios has been updated
Fans speed seems ok ... as well as Temperatures

Any help would be appreciated ... as my patience is at an end. 🙂
Thanks

Ok ... can someone explain how to run Memtest86 on my computer?

I managed to DL the file and extract the file (memtest86+-1.30.iso) to a floppy ... but don't know what to do with it ...
I put it on a Floppy and boot up the computer with the floppy drive and just let it run?

It sure sounds like you got a ram problem . you should get a post on reboot saying you have recovered from a serious error . it should also give you a bunch of numbers telling you which hardware is causing the problem just match those numbers to the driver numbers in your pc that well tell which device failed .
thats a lot of cpu you got there try raising the latiency numbers for your ram in your bios. Good luck

Do what Zinn said (dunno what he means by raising latency... on RAM? If so then dont worry about it as long as you didn't manually set them.) and plus check your PSU voltages. You might not be getting enough power or be getting spikes.
