New system won't boot - Nevermind - OK

I'm putting together a system for a client. Have a clean, formatted and "sysed" C drive. System halts during post. Will not boot to floppy, CD or bootable HDD. Any ideas? The board is an ECS K7SEM (integrated Duron CPU, 256MB RAM soldered on board, integrated everything else) Funny thing is it did boot to the HDD once before, but not since I FDISK and FORMATed the drive and made it bootable.
