Here is what I've got now. I want to overclock it, and I have a question. I recently changed back to this after seeing that socket 939 was going to be too expensive. Would I have to get some better RAM to get this thing up to about 23-2400mhz? Thanks!

Will this do?

Oh, and one more thing. That case is designed more with quietness in mind, should I go with an aluminum case instead for cooling purposes?

You picked a great case, and for ram I'd recommend the A-DATA 4000DDR for $108 a 512mb stick@newegg.

Looks like a pretty good setup. You might want to make sure whatever ram you get, that it does decent timings. Something along the lines of 2-3-2-10 or so. Cas 2.5 should not hurt performance much.

I have a VNF3-250 showing up tomorrow along with some new OCZ PC3500EB (which is supposed to be good stuff). My A64 3000+ I already know does 2500mhz in a AN50R, so I'll see how it goes in this setup.

vantec stealths are really decietful, mine was so terrible (noise-wise) that I just dropped it into my old celeron, that gives you a picture of how much I liked it ;)
