New System, which RAM fits the best?

Hi folks

Here's the deal: I'm about to buy a new PC and I'm sure for every part except the RAM! And the more I read about RAM on forums/websites the less I actually know what I should buy :D
First the question: 4GB low quality or 2GB high quality? As I intend to OC I think 2GB is the better choice. For current games it's enough anyway i think.

So here's my setup:

CORE 2 DUO E6750 2.66GHZ
GA-P35-DS3 S775 P35 ATX
Gainward GF 8800GTS 640MB DDR3
be quiet! Straight Power 450w
CAVIAR SE16 320GB SATA 300 MB/
Scythe Ninja PLUS

As for know I watched the following modules:

OCZ PC2-6400 ATI CrossFire Edition, DDR2, CL4-4-4-15, 800MHz,
OCZ KIT PC2-6400 Nvidia SLI Edition, DDR2 CL4-4-4-15, 800MHz,
OCZ KIT PC2-6400 Special Ops Edition Urban Elite, DDR2, CL4-4-3-15,
OCZ Memory 2x 1GB Kit PC2-6400 Reaper Enhanced Bandwith, DDR2, 800MHz, CL4
Corsair T W I N 2 X 2 0 4 8 - 6 4 0 0 C 4

The plus of Corsair and OCZ is that I can buy them from my distributor where I buy everything else.
But I'm gonna buy the RAM's from a normal online shop if there are clear advantages. So I checked those from my country (Switzerland) and found the following 2 candidates:

Crucial Ballistix 2x1GB Kit, DDR2-800, CL4-4-4-12
A-Data Vitesta Extreme Edition, 2x1GB Kit, DDR2 800, CL4

Those (and the reaper) are slightly more expensive, but it doesn't make the difference as I'm going to spend a lot anyway :D

So which of those would you recommend me for gaming/oc? Or can you recommend me even another model (preferably OCZ,Kingston or Corsair)?

I'm kinda confused now and really have NO IDEA which to buy, so any help is really appreciated!

Ty in advance for your responses.

All that ram is similar minus indescrepancies with what chips are used in the ram.
Safe bet is Crucial uses Micron D9, the rest mainly use other chips.
Check this list to find out.

As for high quality v low quality, again all that ram is similar. You say "high quality" like you're looking at faster ram (1066 or 1333), DDR3 ram, or ram with lower timings. What you have listed is all similar and unless you're overclocking you probably won't see much difference one stick to the other. With overclocking, your limit will depend on what chips are used in the ram (D9 being highly overclockable, the rest not so much).

thanks for your reply, especially the link was very useful!
I noticed that the manufacturers (especially Corsair) built Micron D9 into their first revisions of the pc6400 chips but then replaced them with others on the following using the D9 only in their top products.
think this is kinda nervy...

Yep...I've spent more time shopping memory than anything else on my fall build because there's a lot of corner cutting going on with chips being swapped out for cheaper stuff. Not that it's out of the ordinary or has never happened before, but it seems like it's more prevalent these days. (Either that or it's just easier to find out the truth. ;))
