Should've gone into General Hardware probly. But I'll answer since I'm not a rules nazi

Comments: With all that money, just a 3500+? Are you planning on OCing? Not like its a slow CPU, but still....
I personally wouldn't have chosen Maxtor HDD's, their track record isn't as good as Seagate IMO. Seagate's also come with a 5 year warranty & are generally considered some of the best quality drives out there. That or you could've gotten Western Digital Raptor's, wihch run @ 10,000 RPM's and are unequaled in performance for IDE drives.
2x6800GT's will generate lots of heat. I'm not familiar with the Aerocool, but I would make sure you have either a side vent blowing cool air on the GT's or a very good airflow system setup. Make sure you have some good fans running air intake from front to back to help draw out all of that hot air. If you have room with your SLI setup, I would try putting NVSilencer's on those GT's. The NVSilencer's exhaust the GT's heat straight out the back of the case, which will be a definite plus.
Good choice on the memory
Good choice on the DVDROM, I have the same silver one (not installed yet) and from the benchies I've read it is an excellent reader.
Why do you need a ZIP drive? I thought those were all used as doorstops....
Otherwise, looks good! Enjoy your uber-rig
