New System problem...

I just finished upgrading my system and now get random restarts. Here is what I have changed:

ECS K7ta3 Mobo
1.33 AYHJA (266 FSB)
256 2100 DDR
300 W. Power Supply

The restarts happen when I run my system normal @1.33. When I lower the mobo speed to 100 from 133 everything runs fine but the system only runs @1gig. The problem seems like a power issue but I just put in the new power supply so I have no idea.. I don't think its a heat issue because I have a huge fan and the temp never goes above 33. Thanks for any help..

It could be a power problem as you are right onn the dege of what I consider a must for at least 350watt power supply or one helluva quality 300watt PS....

Are you sure it is not a bios problem??? Ram settings to aggressive???

Is everything jumpered correctly???

Yup, I've tried everything in the BIOS.

You need to get a little program so you can monitor the voltages as you apply load to it...see if any of the rails begin to drop...

Something like motherboard monitor (mbm 5.0), or maybe hardware monitor that may have came with board...

See if you see fluctuating or spikes...
