It's a little different than I first thought it'd be, but I think I'm going to like the end result. It's a non-gaming machine, and was ordered mostly from newegg, with a few things from jab-tech, and the mobo only from zipzoomfly.

MOBO - EPoX EP-9NPA+ Ultra NF4

CPU - AMD A64 3700+ San Diego

MEMORY - 2x1GB Patriot 2-3-2-5 DDR400

VIDEO - Radeon X300SE 128MB PCIe

CASE - Lian Li PC-60B Plus

POWER - Aerocool Turbine Power 550W, dual 12V

STORAGE - 250GB Seagate 7200.8 SATA

COOLING - Thermalright XP-90 & Panaflo L1BX, Zalman ZM-NB47J, Arctic Silver 5

CD/DVD/FDD - Sony DVD-ROM/CD-R, Plextor DVD burner, Sony Floppy

MISC - Aerocool Gatewatch controller for 4 included case fans

For Photoshop CS2 and video editting/encoding that video card is actually overkill. I don't play games or use any 3D apps.

Yeah, I read some reviews of it, and it kicked ass. Hardly any variance on the 12V rails - like 1% or so. So I decided to be different and give it a try..... We'll see. It has the modular cable design that I liked, and the other one I was considered was the Antec Neopower, but in tests it was not quite as good... dropping below 12V easily. And a few newegg feedbacks said it was a tad low also.

Alright then, nice build. :)

That PSU looks a bit overkill as well. 450W should be fine for that setup.

Agreed. But I found that PSU for the same price as the Antec Neopower 480W I was going to get. And it tested better under various loads. I'll overclock some, so just don't want to even think about stable power.

You might be better off with an Antec Smartpower 400W. But then again you said you want to OC a bit? Check the OCZ Modstream 450 ;) I think it's $70 at newegg.
