This is not an overclocking rig. i dont plan to do that

This config comes to $797.93
All items are from newegg.com (gota love them)

My budget is $800
The rest (ie, cdrom, floppy) i have to salvage.

I need inputs on this config.

and

Will the NCQ harddrives work with this motherboard.

ok, what is your budget, and what will you be using the computer for. i recommend a chaintech mobo, or the msi neo4-f. NCQ is basically just a marketing scheme, and has hardly any effect on performance. you dont need to worry about it.

so, it (NCQ) will work on any mobo's ??

The specific mobo is M-atx (gonna do a update)
and I dont really want to look at chaintech (previous expriences).

My budget is around $800

What are you doing with the PC....gaming? office apps? browsing? photoshop? all of the above?

ah, it is for average games (FS2004, D3, Far Cry, Generals, .....) web, Adobe PS 7.0. MS office........

i guess all of the above. :)
