My existing game machine has been over taken by work and I need to get a new gaming system.

The "old" system is a qx6700,8GB ddr2800, bfg8800gtx-sli, raid 0 2x74gb raptors.

I am thinking about the following configuration for my next machine. I am planning on running the memory at 2000 and the cpu fsb at 1600. I'll re-use one of my exiting 8800gtx's to keep the cost down but it's a great card for myself so far.

The main questions - Will it be worth the $2300 or so put into it? I think I will see good performance on the ssd's in raid 0 but it's about what 3 of the new velociraptors will run. Will it out perform them? Space isn't an issue, I'll throw a separate drive in for storage. I've had pretty good luck in the past with OCZ, has anyone tried thier ddr3 2000 ram yet?

Any other thoughts?
Thanks!

I almost bought the CellShock 1866, 2x1G but at 400$, its not an option right now as my old game machine needs an upgrade too due to a flaking out mobo. The only place i've seen that has it is memoryc in Europe. Decent prices, actually i think the 1866 is going for 381 till the 19th. I bought some DDR 566 from them about 3 weeks ago, sadly they are in my gaming machine that needs the upgrade.

EDIT: welcome to Anandtech btw :)
