New system/ How will it perform?

I just purchased the parts for my new rig and was wondering what marks and/or performance levels it will hit:

MB: ABIT IP35
GPU: Diamond 4850 512mb
CPU: Intel E8200 2.66 GHz-plan to OC to around 3.5
HD: Seagate 160 GB (My old HD)
RAM: Crucial 4GB kit (2GBx2), 240-pin DIMM, DDR2 PC2-6400
PS: HEC Orion 585 Watt
Cooling System: Cooler Master fan for CPU (forgot the model number)


Do you think I should install better fans/heatsink considering i'm contemplating OCing? The CPU fan I ordered is pretty nice, i'll try to find the model number if it matters. Also I'm planning on modding my computer. Do any of you know any good websites to order parts for case modification?

Well hopefully that's not the case. I have built around 35 computers before, so I have a good amount of experience. The only reason that would happen is if there were any faulty hardware. Everything I purchased was brand new, so hopefully the manufacturers didn't screw me. I already installed the motherboard and powersupply. They both work fine as far as basic functionality.
