New system built. PLEASE HELP!!

Okay so I built my new rig(first timer here) and when I boot it up it beeps once then says Fatal Error System Halted. What does this mean?

Plug a set of speakers into the audio outs on the mobo.

The Asus boards usually have a voice that tells you what is wrong.

If that doesn't work then triple check all connections on the mobo.

It beeps once I think and then it boots to a screen that says Chassis Intrusion Detected! Fatal Error System halted

Check the chassis/speaker/power connectors on the motherboard. One is probably off by 1 pin.
