Building a new system for the holidays. I will be ordering the case/PSU today and the rest on 12/10. It is entirely for gaming, nothing more and nothing (hopefully) less. I have a budget of about $1100. Total system power draw is of no consequence (power is a flat rate/included in rent), and It will be in a basement (medium humidity, ambient temperature: 18C). No overclocking for now (I'd like the option on the MB as I might do it in the future). I sleep in the same room, so quiet is a significant bonus.
Parts I already have, and am keeping in it:
Monitor (x2, maximum resolution on each, 1280x1024)
Keyboard(basic IBM, PS/2) and mouse(Logitech MX518, USB)
Speakers (7.1 [2 subwoofers])
DVD-RW (x1), DVD-ROM (x1), 5.25" floppy (x1), 3.25" floppy (x1)
1x 320GB Seagate 7200.10, 1x80GB Seagate 7200.7
SoundBlaster Audigy (PCI)
Surge Protector

Parts I am looking to get:
Case/PSU
CPU
Motherboard
RAM
Video Card

Models I am looking at:

Antec LifeStyle SONATA II, 450Watt SmartPower 2.0 V2.0 Power Supply - Retail
$99.99
Will this be able to power all this, and keep it cool? I have a bunch of 80mm and 2 120mm fans laying around, which I could add if necesary
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Conroe 2.13GHz
$222.99

ASUS P5B-E, Intel P965 Express
$152.99

CORSAIR ValueSelect 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) VS2GBKIT667D2
$199.99

PNY GeForce 8800GTS 640MB
$489.99

Total:
$1,165.95
EDIT: Hopefully the video card will have come down by 12/10, so I'll be within budget. Note that ONLY the case is being ordered now.

I would by wary about that power supply running the 8800GTS. Rated at 450W and only 17A on the +12v rail.
