New System and Kingmax TinyBGA Ram

I've just purchased all the parts for a new Athlon 64 system and I'm wondering if the ram I bought is any good. The specs of the system are as follows:

Athlon 64 3000+ socket 939 Winchester core
nForce4 ultra motherboard (haven't decided which one yet, will most likely get the MSI K8N Neo4 Plat)
1gb Kingmax Color Pro TinyBGA PC3700
Albatron 6600GT 128mb PCI-E
Antec Sonata with 380S TruePower PSU

I haven't seen many reviews on this kind of ram, and the ones I have seen are based on Intel platforms. Will I have compatibility problems? Does this stuff overclock well? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks a lot 🙂
Has anyone used this stuff with an Athlon 64 system? I haven't seen any reviews that use an Athlon 64 to test it, all the reviews have used Intel chips.
