Hey guys, I'm upgrading from a P3 700mhz.
From the old system, I'm salvaging my Asus 64MB GeForce3 V8200Deluxe and 120GB WD1200JB (just got it from OfficeMax, sweet deal~$60). I also have a stick of GeiL 256MB PC3500 (DDR433) laying around (don't ask why) that I'm planning to throw in.

I need help with deciding on a HSF cooling solution. I want to overclock the 2.4GHz to around 3.0. I consider myself a moderate gamer and believe my Ge3 works absolutely great with the games available right now. I plan to upgrade video when HL2 is released...
What do you guys think? I value the opinion of this forum a lot. Also, I believe it's a great time to delve into this system upgrade, but would any of you consider waiting a month or two for prices to drop(?), as I am on a strict budget.
