I have a 300GB 8MB Seagate drive coming to replace the IBM 60GB...

I would like the P4C800E-Deluxe and want to run the WIFI card for my 11b network (dsl only, no file sharing), a P4 o/c'd to around 3.0GHz+ with a decent bus speed (800FSB), 1GB or 2GB of fast cas2 ram at the processor's speed and a 9800Pro at 128 or 256MB....

my HSF will be panaflo/sanyo denki and SP94 or so.

HS I would recommend the XP-90 instead. It fits right on to the stock retention brackets. The SP-94 screws tend to strip easy. The board is a great choice. If you are overclocking I would say go with a Prescott. The newer steppings run just as cool as the NW's. The 3.0 or 3.2 should easily hit 3.7~3.8. Memory I would recommend PQI Turbo with the TCCD chips. Will run 2-2-2-5 at 200.
