Oh, I'm really happy with it. Use it every AM. Kicks a$$ workdays espescially as it hardly takes any time. Pluses are really too numerous to list off the top of my head. Seriously.
Minuses? Well, I can't really think of any. The only one I can think of (and this is getting picky) is the hot water dispenser. It isn't as hot as I would like for making tea, etc.. but it is warm enough that only a few seconds in the microwave makes it piping hot.
Maybe having to clean it out once a week is a minus too, but this is really grasping here.
