I recently purchased the Dell Studio 1558 and im curious to see whether i can play at least some of the new games on medium. Im a gamer, but i have a low budget.
Im not looking for Steam or CS type of requirements. I mean like Dragon age and MMO's.

here are the specs:
Intel Core i3-350M 2.26GHz (3M cache)
4GB Shared Dual Channel DDR3 at 1066MHz
15.6 inch High Definition (720p) LED Display with TrueLife and Camera
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 512MB
320GB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Disk Drive

anything would be helpful. Thanks!

You should be able to play most games, but you will have to turn down the settings in some, like Dragon Age. Other than that, you should be golden.

See below.

If they use ddr3 on the 4570, performance generally equates to a 4650, which is a 4670 at 600mhz instead of 750mhz. If you look at 4670 benches, which are common, take 20% off.

how would that be remotely possible? a 4570 has 80sp and isnt anywhere near as fast as the 320sp 4650.
