Question NEW SSD hangs pc at startup

i created a thread before for this but previously i had samsung 860evo which hanged pc at startup restart worked always fine . now wd blue 1 tb ssd it is new ssd same thing happening where should i start?

We need a little more to go on than just the SSD model. What are the rest of the system specs?

a good start would be the motherboard model and whether you used legacy or EFI BIOS to install the OS...

bios is UEFI
